So the dining room, den, or bedroom on the far side gets drywall while the living room gets the fire. You need a fire both rooms can share. If your floor plan puts two living spaces back to back—or you’re planning a room divider—a single-sided unit will serve one room well, but the Napoleon Tall Linear Vector 62 See-Through gives the fire to both. What Makes It Special The fire itself is the argument. The glass runs more than five feet wide and over two feet tall on both sides, and the flames are engineered to reach that height without burning more gas to get there—taller fire, same fuel use. The lighting is yours to set. Top lights wash the media from above, and the ember bed light can be any color you can imagine, changed from the included remote or the eFIRE app on your phone, along with flame height and on/off. If a TV belongs above it, the optional Dynamic Heat Control system lowers the wall temperature without a fan, so it runs quietly while heat-sensitive things hang directly overhead; ducted heat management options can move warmth to another room or let the unit work as a true room divider.
