If you’re finishing a large open space—or dividing one—and you want the flame visible from every seat on either side, the Napoleon Tall Linear Vector™ 74 see-through is built for exactly that. Choose a single-sided unit instead and one of those rooms spends winter looking at drywall. What Makes It Special Most linear fireplaces stretch the fire sideways and leave it short. This one stretches it up: nearly 27 inches of visible flame across more than six feet of glass—a fire that fills the wall, not a ribbon at the bottom of it—and Napoleon’s design gets that flame height without burning more gas to do it. Because it’s open to both sides, the same fire anchors two rooms at once. Luminous log sets—birch, driftwood, or oak—sit over an ember bed you can set to any color from the included remote or mobile app, top lights glow from above, and porcelain reflective panels multiply the flame so the firebox reads deep and full from both directions.
